I am a strategic learning and development professional and love using technology as a medium, tactic, and tool. I have over ten years of experience assessing, designing, developing, and evaluating learning experiences in a wide range of settings. Training should always be learner-centered and performance based not instructor-centered & content based. I use an agile approach that utilizes a heavy front-end analysis to help identify the audience and current learning objectives needed to achieve the desired results.
